Are the necklaces waterproof?
The gold elements are finished with a waterproof, tarnish-resistant coating to help protect them over time. However, each necklace also features natural coconut shell beads, which are absorbent by nature. These beads are sealed with a skin-safe, beeswax-based coating that makes them water-resistant, but not fully waterproof. To preserve the integrity and beauty of your piece, we recommend avoiding water, as the shell can slowly absorb moisture over time.
Which clasp option do I pick?
Most pieces are available with either a standard lobster clasp or a magnetic ball clasp. The magnetic ball clasp is a durable, easy-to-use option designed for effortless wear and a clean finish, without a hanging chain. Please note that the magnetic ball clasp does not allow for size adjustment.
For those who wish to adjust the length, layer their necklace, or alter the fit over time, the standard lobster clasp is recommended, as it offers greater flexibility.
Can I return my order?

When will I get my order?
Each necklace is made to order and handcrafted especially for you. As a small business, we create each piece individually rather than in bulk. Because of this, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be completed and delivered.
We work carefully yet efficiently to prepare and send your piece as soon as it is ready. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with further details, followed by a shipping confirmation when your necklace is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
